Once we receive your request we will review it at the appropriate time, according to the date of the event or meeting. We typically do not confirm any events more than six weeks in advance due to ever-fluctuating schedules. Within two weeks of receiving your request we will notify you about First Lady Cox’s availability.

Please keep in mind that the first lady’s schedule may change at any time, based on current state needs and responsibilities at the time. If this occurs, we apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

Any press releases, sound bytes, printed material, etc. that use First Lady Cox’s name or quotes must be approved by the Office before being distributed. Any request indicates that you understand and accept these terms.
