First Lady unveils “Show Up” initiatives

Utah First Lady Abby Cox will be joined by Gov. Spencer Cox, Lt. Gov. Deidre Henderson and business, government, education and community leaders to unveil her new statewide initiative. The initiative will include four initial areas of focus. The First Lady will also announce members of her executive advisory board. 

Throughout the day, volunteers will join the First Lady to put together 1,500 thank you kits for Utah’s foster and kinship families. The kits will include items such as gift cards, business discounts, coupons for free haircuts, tickets to the zoo and other activity centers, blankets, books, treats, a thank you card from the First Lady and more.
